A STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP FOR THE MOMENTS THAT MATTER

Make Scott the
first call for
social impact.

Scott already has the raw material: a book, a point of view, a speaking calendar, a podcast, and a team that can make the work. What he needs is proactive editorial leadership that turns every asset and appearance into a steady, unmistakable authority presence.

01 The opportunity

Great ideas deservea bigger audience.

Scott is already shaping important conversations around social impact. With a strategic content strategy, we can bring his ideas to a wider audience and build on the momentum he’s already created.

01

Turn every appearance into proof.

Give event organizers a living body of work that shows Scott’s point of view, delivery, and relevance before the invitation arrives.

02

Lead the conversation, not just the calendar.

Bring forward ideas, angles, and responses that help Scott show up early when the social-impact conversation is moving.

03

Keep authority compounding.

Build a publishing rhythm that turns talks, podcasts, Better Good, and partner moments into reasons to return, share, and engage.

02 Social Media Audit

The strategy startswith the audit.

Here's a deep dive across six platforms that reveals where Scott stands today and what it will take to build greater visibility, authority, and demand.

03 How we’ll work together

Start with the story.
Build the structure around it.

The opening phase gives us the time to understand Scott’s priorities, gather the right source material, build a useful system, and begin publishing with intention.

Better Good Social Engine One working system, from Scott’s point of view to the channels and moments that can carry it forward.
  1. 01

    FIND THE THROUGH-LINE

Start with what connects the work.

Clarify the audiences, priority themes, speaking routes, and Better Good stories worth carrying forward.

  2. 02

    FIND THE WINNING FORMATS

Build around what breaks out, not what’s trending.

Test formats across channels, spot the outliers that move Scott’s audience, and build the templates, source material, and approval rhythm around those winners.

  3. 03

GIVE EACH SPEAKING ENGAGEMENT A LONGER LIFE

    Let each opportunity keep working.

Plan what happens before the room, in the room, and after the event, so each engagement generates the proof that books the next one.

  4. 04

TURN YOUTUBE INTO PROOF OF DRAWING POWER

    Books stages, not just views.

Research, script, produce, and publish long-form videos that show event organizers his thinking, his delivery, and his audience.

  5. 05

PUT THE RIGHT CHANNELS TO WORK

Use each channel for the job it can do.

Use LinkedIn, both Instagram channels, and Substack as one connected core. Use TikTok for additional distribution. Review results together each month.

NATIONAL CONFLICT RESOLUTION CENTER

Peacemaker Awards Dinner

Context
NCRC’s flagship fundraiser, “Celebrating Human Dignity,” needed to carry the story beyond the ballroom and give more people a way to support the work.
What we did
We ran the full social arc across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube: pre-event momentum, live coverage and a day-of livestream, then follow-up storytelling.
Outcome
The dinner raised $1M+, NCRC’s largest single-event total and 62% above the prior $724K record. Nearly 800 guests attended, while the livestream opened the moment to the wider community.

The right partnership
for what’s next.

This strategic partnership holds the big picture while moving the day-to-day pieces forward: strategy, editorial direction and leadership, video development, distribution, and monthly reporting.

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP · MONTHLY RETAINER

$12,500per month

Five-month initial term: November 2026 through March 2027, covering the full SXSW arc. Renews month-to-month after that, with 30 days notice.

02

Editorial leadership & speaking support

LinkedIn, both Instagram channels, and Substack strategy and publishing, plus full promotional campaigns around priority speaking engagements.

03

Design system

A visual identity system built around winning formats, not trends. 04

YouTube strategy

Research, creative direction, and publishing strategy that turns YouTube into Scott’s proof of drawing power. Long-form videos that show event organizers his thinking, his delivery, and his audience, so the channel books stages, not just views. Includes production and post-production for up to 4 long-form videos per month, with short-form cutdowns for cross-channel distribution.

05

Additional distribution

Interest-led TikTok formats that introduce Scott’s ideas to people who do not know him yet.

09 Common Questions

Questions,
answered.

A few practical details about how the partnership works.

01What's included on Production Days?

A Production Day turns Scott's ideas into finished content, ready to publish. Before the day, we research the angles and write the scripts. On the day, Scott records while we direct. Afterward, our team edits, packages, and formats each piece for the channels it belongs on. One focused day can supply weeks of content.

02Why focus on winning formats instead of trends?

A trend gives you a week. A winning format gives you a system. We test different ways of packaging Scott's ideas, find the formats that consistently earn attention from the right people, and build templates around them. Production gets faster, the content gets more recognizable, and each month builds on the last instead of starting over.

03How does this help Scott get on more stages?

Organizers book speakers they can picture on their stage. So every engagement becomes a campaign, not a one-off: content before the event that builds anticipation, coverage during it, and follow-up after that turns one room into proof for the next. The talks, clips, and testimonials add up to a body of work an organizer can say yes to quickly.

04How will we know what's working?

Every month you get a report that goes past likes and follower counts. We track which themes and formats are driving speaking inquiries, book engagement, referral traffic, and video performance, then show you what we're doing more of, less of, and differently because of it.

05How much of Scott's time does this take?

Scott's time goes to the things only he can do: showing up on Production Days, reviewing content as needed, and the appearances themselves. Research, scripting, editing, publishing, and reporting are on us. The system is built to protect his calendar, not fill it.
